1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the MBTAC Theological College website, submitting an application, or enrolling in any academic program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or submit an application.
2. Academic Admissions & Enrollment
Admissions to all theological qualifications and certificates are subject to meeting the published entry requirements, submission of authentic documentation, and approval by the Admissions Committee. MBTAC reserves the right to decline admission or cancel registration in cases of misrepresentation or falsified credentials.
3. Tuition & Fee Obligations
Students are responsible for the timely payment of registration fees and tuition installments as agreed upon during enrollment. Defaulting on payment schedules may result in withholding academic transcripts, suspension of student portal access, or restriction from sitting for final examinations.
4. Academic Integrity & Code of Conduct
All students are expected to uphold the highest standards of biblical character, ethical behavior, and academic honesty. Plagiarism, cheating, unauthorized collaboration, or disruptive conduct may result in disciplinary action up to and including immediate expulsion.
5. Digital Platforms & Intellectual Property
All curriculum material, study guides, video lectures, and portal resources provided by MBTAC are the intellectual property of the institution. Students are granted a non-transferable, personal license to use these materials solely for their educational progression.
6. Amendments
MBTAC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant updates will be communicated through the student portal or public notices.
